Everything You Need to Know
Do you bring your own water and power?
We bring all of our own professional equipment and products. The only things we ask for are access to a standard outdoor water tap and a power outlet. If you are unsure whether your location works, reach out before booking and we will confirm.
How long does a detail take?
A Basic Interior Detail typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours. A Premium Interior Detail takes 2.5 to 4 hours depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Adding the Exterior package adds about 1 hour. We will give you a time estimate when you book.
Do I need to be home the whole time?
You do not need to be present throughout the service. Most clients step inside or run errands. You just need to be available at the start to give us access to the vehicle, water, and power.
Can you remove pet hair and bad odours?
Yes. Our Premium Interior package includes thorough pet hair extraction, deep seat shampooing, and steam cleaning that eliminates odours at the source. Many of our clients come specifically for this reason.
What areas do you serve?
